How To Accept/Reject JAMB caps Admission 2018 [How to Check Status)
Candidates who are seeking for admission into various tertiary institutions for the 2018/2019 academic session that the JAMB CAPS is ongoing for the admission exercise. What this means is that admission seekers can now monitor their admission status and easily know when they have been offered an admission.
When a candidate is offered admission, such candidate is required to do either of two things; to accept the admission or to reject it. The choice is entirely yours and yours alone.
Jamb caps admission status.
Take note : Once Candidate accept session (i.e. 2018/2019 session) you will no longer be able to apply for other schools. However, if you reject the admission, you become available to other schools who have free admission slots for admission consideration. It calls for carefulness.
Candidates who have been offered admission on JAMB CAPS are expected to print their admission letter after accepting the admission, as they will likely need this during clearance and registration in the school they are admitted into.
From what we know, some schools may not even publish list of admitted candidates on their own website or notice board. So for candidates that applied for admission in such schools, the only way to know when you are admitted is to check your admission status on JAMB CAPS.

The process is called Jamb Central Admission Processing System (CAPS). 1. Go to Jamb portal: www.jamb.org.ng/efacility
2. Enter your Email and Password in the space provided
3. Click on CAPS
4. Select Admission status
5. On admission profile, accept or reject offer of admission.
About JAMB CAPS Portal
The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) is introduced for the purpose of transparency and credibility of admission process. The system is designed in such a way that higher Institution can only admitted candidates who meet their cut-off points. Any candidate who fails to meet the cutoff mark, such candidate would be denied admission regardless of his or her genuine excuses.
